In 2000, we made a strategic acquisition of virgin land in Larapinta to meet the growing demand for industrial space in Brisbane. It was in a prime position that did not flood, as Brisbane is flood prone. At that point, the highway was not developed.

Over the next ten years, we worked closely with the Government during the development of the highway to ensure there was an off-ramp directly into Radius Industrial City and negotiated for a BP Roadhouse to be positioned on the off-ramp.

Once the sub-division and infrastructure were in place, we worked closely with prospective tenants to design and construct purpose built warehousing and office space with long -term leases. These assets with strong income streams were then on-sold to investors.
