Due to its close proximity to Surfers Paradise, we identified this site as an up and coming location for residents with its short walk to shops, businesses and the beach in the Gold Coast. Consequently, we approached the owner and acquired the site.

We saw the potential for a prestigious secure estate from which residents could enjoy the Gold Coast. We developed the land in 3 stages with releases of 30, 30 and 32 townhouse style apartments respectively. We fully landscaped the community and added luxury features such as a communal pool and private cinema.

Construction was executed on time and on budget. All apartments were sold to investors during construction.
