We specialise in 5,000-20,000 sqm office developments and re positioning office buildings. Our re positioning of office buildings involves modifying the building in order to:
change the tenant profile to attract better quality tenants thereby achieving enhanced rental returns
upgrade infrastructure to reduce outgoings.
INDUSTRIAL
We have developed a 50 hectare greenfield site and created Radius Industrial City, Larapinta in Queensland with direct links to Logan Motorway. The quality of the development is reflected in its tenant profile.
RETAIL
We hand select our own tenants based on their ability to attract customers; the quality of the tenant (such as finance, personnel and product) and the overall tenancy mix.
