EVERGREEN NURSERY

The Evergreen Nursery was a boutique retail hub focussed around a nursery. It had some retail vacancy and relatively low foot traffic yet it was in a central location in the heart of Bundall in Ashmore Road.

We identified the opportunity to renovate and upgrade the existing buildings; improve signage and the attractiveness of the exterior of the complex. We also increased car parking. By doing so, we attracted a new tenant mix including spa centres, clothing and jewellery to the remaining vacancy. This stimulated an increased traffic flow with a broader mix of retail customers.

This increased rents substantially over the period as the Evergreen Nursery Centre became a trendy part of town.
